September - A Month of Family Time Part II

We went to Jacob Ballas on the day of the PH, and unfortunately, the weather wasn't in the most perfect condition and we reached there slightly late (kinda behind schedule). It was noon when we got there, thus we headed to The Chinese Box for lunch before getting ourselves into the children's garden.

I settled for HK-style big prawns noodle, some congee for Alvis baby and Hubby had fried rice with his $9 烧肉..

It was really yummy, even I thought it was good (i'm not a 烧肉 person :P )

After our sumptous lunch, which we spent quite a fair bit of time there, it was drizzling when we got to the garden and it wasn't really that comfortable to explore the place thus we only went in and took a quick walk around and then left that place and headed to town.. We got our iPhone 4 the night before so we needed to shop for screen protectors as well as casings to protect the back of the phone..

Alvis baby napped while we managed to shop at ION Epicentre, the rest of that family day was peaceful, simple and happy.. It was a great start to that long weekend! :)

On the 11th (Saturday), my cousin and her family returned back home to JKT. We met at the airport for lunch to see them off.

The first time we went, he didn't know how to step on the pedal to move the car at all. That Saturday, he naturally knew what to do and could steer the wheel very well on his own without much assistance. I was impressed! :)

Went to The Central last weekend for the Mid-Autumn display.. It was crowded and the tawianese food fair was receiving very overwhelming response.. We squeezed thru the crowd and got into the mall for our dinner fix.

Love carrying him in my arms, but I couldn't hold his weight anymore (considered myself quite strong already).. :(

Alvis baby saw the light stick on sale and requested to get it. Since it was an annual affair, I bought it just for the festival.

The month is coming to an end, time really flies. Still some events coming up, looking forward.

Man is fond of counting his troubles, but he does not count his joys. If he counted them up as he ought to, he would see that every lot has enough happiness provided for it. ~Fyodor Dostoevsky

Count your blessings everyday, and be truly happy. :)
