Day 6 - Hello Kitty Sweets Cafe. 龙山寺
We did not have much time left and realized we have yet to visit the Hello Kitty Sweets Cafe. Not that we are big fans of Hello Kitty but seemed like it is a must-visit for everyone who went to Taipei.. So we just went to check it out, didn't quite expected ourselves to order so much that we could barely finish..
The shop is in fact an eye-candy. Everything is in pink, definitely a girl's must-visit. I think almost all girls will like it. I thought that it was a really cute cafe.
We ordered a set each. & each set came with an appetizer, main course, dessert and drinks. It was too much for us and the food wasn't really that fantastic. The presentation was nice though.
Hubby's coffee in a nice cup, but not nice to the taste buds.. ;P

After that, we headed back to hotel so that Alvis baby could rest well before going out for dinner.. Hubby went to shop around ximending area while I took a rest too.. It was simple bliss, just lazing around not doing anything, not having to worry about work..
When he woke up, we headed out for dinner!
The sky may appear to be dark but in Taipei, the sky at 5pm is equivalent (almost) to ours at 7-8pm.

Actually I really wasnt that keen in the restaurant, I'm sure there are much better food nearby, but well, just for the experience. hur hur..

1) quickly finish it up
2) not finish it at all

We roamed around Xi Men Ding for a while and headed to ShihLin Night Market situated at Jian Tan MRT Station..

Day 7: Xi Men Ding, Miramar, ShihLin, Novotel
Rise n Shine and that was our last day in Taipei..
Can't bear...
We went back to the cheap sushi place for our last sushi meal and went to get what we needed to buy from XiMenDing..

We also had 阿宗面线. It was really comfort food in the cold weather.
Ahhhh I am so missing it. :P
We traveled to Miramar Shopping Centre for the ferris wheel on the shopping mall. :)

Our last dinner in XiMenDing
After dinner and after spending all our NTD, we waited at our hotel lobby for our transfer to the Novotel at airport.. Our flight was very early back to SIN so we've arranged for the last night to be at Novotel Taoyuan Airport so Alvis didnt have to wake up like right in the middle of the night to travel to the airport..
It was a great arrangement, and we were all glad we stayed at Novotel. It was simply a wonderful stay.

Love every single bit of the trip.. It was a holiday over-filled with love, laughter, happiness, contentment, satisfaction and enjoyment.
It was a great trip, of course, with the greatest company.
