Weather was officially perfect. We had to wear at least 2 layers including a thick sweater to just merely not be too cold..
Alvis baby walking to the train station from the hotel.. Cheerful boy!

His companion on the train rides..

Browsing photos on hubby's camera..
We traveled to HouShanPi that day to get to Wufenpu Commercial District.. There's where you can shop at wholesale prices!

We were early, the shops were all not opened so we settled for some 卤肉饭.

This was yummy..

It's a place with little shops, many of them, selling mainly women's apparel. Fashion clothings, shoes, bags, accessories, anything from head to toe that's fashionable. We understood from the local that it was the week approaching 寒流 therefore they had started selling winter clothes.. All pretty coats and jackets that I couldn't buy back. :(

But I still managed to dig some good stuff out of that whole area in a short time without having to make my two precious wait too long.. A shop with all the korean imports, I was contented with my purchase and moved on to the next destination. The two boys were so patient and nice that I felt bad to shop for another minute. <3
Headed to a mall, and now I forgot the name already. :P

Grabbed some snacks for Alvis baby before he had his nap out.

Pretty pretty donuts...

Donut on a stick

While Alvis baby napped we walked around the streets, shopped at the little boutiques, went to a store that carries Neighborhood and some other street labels to fill my hubby's appetite, then we settled for dinner at this western restaurant.

They were all prep for Halloween!

Continued shopping...

Edison Chen's shop

It was drizzling so we didn't took much photos. It was so cold that I had to buy a scarf to keep my neck warm. Brrr...
Part of our loots, sorting out at the hotel cuz we checked out the next day to move to another hotel in Ximending. :)

Day 5 - from DaAn to Ximending. :)
Bye FuHau Hotel, we were so pleased with our stay..
Our very clean bathroom...

The roomy comfortable bed..

Clean and well-maintained WC...

Preparing to move out...

He couldn't bear to leave though.. hehe

Outside while Daddy loaded our baggages up the cab..

and here we were!
CityInn Plus located just right at Ximending station exit 3/4.

Newly opened in September this year..

The standard check-in time is 3pm in Taipei so we deposited our luggages at the lobby and went to check out the area.
At their lobby..

Weather was great, should be within a range of 20-22degrees..

Best travel companions.

We will always go anywhere together.. :)

Decided to have lunch at the sushi place I mentioned in the earlier post.

I was skeptical at first. The sushi cost that cheap, I was kinda afraid of the quality.
But almost every plate served met our expectations. *pleased*

No fancy, but tasty!

Hubby is a nut-lover.

Alvis baby loves the floss sushi!

We shopped in Ximending after lunch and there was this game shop that was too narrow for the stroller to get in so we waited outside for Daddy. :)

Snap snap snap away~

And in Taipei, I get to see Ethan Ruan almost everyday, and anywhere I went.. :P

& if only he was on 八折!!

hehehe...
3pm!! and then we checked into our Triple room!

Walkway was narrow but it was alright, only needed to sleep there for 2 nights.
It was a more sophisticated hotel, decoration was more creative. Furnitures are new, but can tell not of very expensive quality. :P

We got the "bicycle-themed" room and Alvis baby was curious and excited about everything he could see that was related to bicycle!
Cool bathroom

This was definitely from hubby's camera. :p

My big love.

<3<3<3

Alvis baby napped at the hotel that afternoon, and when he woke up, we went to 101 again, wanted to get to the top.

Done with dinner... :P

This drink was good!

Wanted to purchase the tickets but was told that because of the weather, they have closed the outdoor area at Level 91 and we both felt that it was a pity because it would be great to be able to view the scenery from outside. So in the end we chose not to. A little disappointed, but the tickets weren't cheap. We could buy so many other stuff! :P

Haagen Daz for our dessert!!

1 scoop for the 3 of us! :D

loves.

Excited over icecream!

my small love.

*thumbs up*

and the places I love...

Happily running around after his fill of icecream.. It was relaxing, happy and enjoyable.

Chasing after mummy..

(to be continued... my little boy has woke up from his nap)
